By selecting the "BUY NOW" button below, you agree to pay the author, Paula Hilton, for the performance rights to the specified show, with the following conditions:

1. I understand that this play is fully protected under all domestic and international copyright laws, and I will not copy or distribute this play for any purposes other than the purpose of production covered by this contract.
2. Upon receipt of the indicated script royalty fee, the author, Paula Hilton, gives permission to change, alter, delete, or make additions to this play for the purpose of enhancing the production covered by this contract. Permission is also given to reproduce this play and all related handouts for the purpose of production covered by this contract.
3. The author's name, Paula Hilton, must appear in all programs, publicity and advertising material as the original author of the play.
4. I agree to pay the author, Paula Hilton, $50 for each performance of this play. A $50 payment will be made for the first performance by selecting the "BUY NOW" button below.
5. I agree to pay the author, Paula Hilton, $50 for every subsequent performance of this play within two weeks (14 days) of the final performance. This can be done via check or by selecting the "BUY NOW" button associated with the "Pay for subsequent performances" description below.
6. I agree to pay the author, Paula Hilton, a 2.9% fee (approximately $1.50 on a $50 transaction) associated with each PayPal transaction. This fee, listed as "Sales tax," is the PayPal fee charged to pay this royalty online. If you do not wish to pay the 2.9% fee, return to the previous page on the Act4Murder website, print the PDF formatted contract, and send, with payment, to the address listed.
7. Scripts will not be furnished to any performance group within a 100 mile radius of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. If you select the BUY NOW button and are within that radius, the royalty fee will be returned to you. In addition, Paula Hilton reserves the right to refuse a script to any performance group/individual based on the location of that performance group/individual.
8. I agree to furnish my correct address. If an address is not furnished, the script will not be sent.
9. All sales are final, no royalty fee will be refunded.
10. I agree to list all performance dates planned for the selected play.
11. Upon receipt of the first payment, Paula Hilton, the author, agrees to e-mail, in PDF format, the complete play requested, along with all handouts needed for the production of the play.
